This is a neribo, used for aikido training by oneself. Can also use for whatever you like... A friend once used one to open piñata at a childrens party. Possibly, only students of Tada-sensei in Tokyo will already be familiar with this tool. A demonstartion video will be provided later. In a nutshell, a neribo represents a human forearm. Made by hand, using hand tools and power tools. You might find tool marks or divets - do not consider these defects - they make your neribo unique.
